More about the providers:

Felicity Woebkenberg, MAcOM, LAc, RN, BSN – Manager of Department of Medicine at Quest, Licensed Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse

Felicity has been involved in healthcare since 2004 when she initially received her bachelor of science in nursing and began her career in one of the most fast paced hospitals in the heart of Portland, Oregon. She later became endlessly fascinated with the body’s innate intelligence to heal which ultimately led her to pursue a master’s degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Her first patient that she touched with acupuncture was a patient in recovery from breast cancer where she also found her roots in quest and community style acupuncture. She witnessed and felt firsthand the profound calming energy and healing force present within this model of healing. She was inspired that individuals could have increased access to care through the power of this model, and in a space which also could bring them out of physical and emotional isolation.

Today, she draws upon her personal and clinical experiences to offer a dedicated, trauma informed, compassionate, and balanced view of medicine and treatment for all of those that she serves. She believes wholeheartedly in integrative models of care, the value of community, accessibility to quality healthcare, the power of resilience, and what true healing entails. She also has taught numerous classes to nursing students at the University of Portland, and also helps to supervise master and doctoral level acupuncture students in partnership with NUNM. She is inspired and honored by the work that she takes part in everyday and how this work benefits not only those in front of her, but also how care for all can make a more caring and peaceful society.
