Christine is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance with education in Yoga for Trauma and PTSD. She is currently studying for her 800-hour Yoga Therapist registration.
Christine will be offering this wonderful opportunity to incorporate a weekly yoga practice into your life free of charge. This 6 month series will focus on increasing physical health, balance, and strength as well as mental & emotional healing, understanding how self-care impacts the immune system and how to nurture oneself and cultivate resilience.
